Her will, in which she describes herself as of Hoode, co. York, widow, and desires to be buried at Kilburne near her late husband, is dated 13 Nov., 1580. Proved in the Exchequer Court of York 10 June, 1581. Her husband in his will desires that she shall have 10 kye, 5 calves, and 40 sheep kept and depastured within and amongst the kye, calves and sheep of his son Gilbert, also that she shall occupy one half of his house for her life."
